Bye Bye Bye is saying Bye Bye Bye to BSB at #1 on the charts!!
'NSYNC's new single "Bye, Bye, Bye" is the No. 1 most-added track this week at over 200 contemporary hit radio stations, breaking the previous record of 145 additions, which was achieved by the Backstreet Boys' single "I Want It That Way." Earlier this week Justin Timberlake said that 'NSYNC will be promoting "Bye, Bye, Bye" and "No Strings Attached" heavily. "That's the first one off the album, 'Bye, Bye, Bye' and then from there it's going to be touring and putting it in everybody's face." Timberlake continued to say that they had more "creative freedom" in the album making this time. "It's definitely nice to have some creative freedom and to really express ourselves, but I think when you listen to this album in comparison to our debut album, you'll say to yourself that we took our sound to the next level." Lance Bass added that "No Strings Attached" is more personal than the group's first album. "It's a little bit more edgy," he said. "It's more our style. We feel like this is like our first album because we actually independently did this one."
What happened at the Charity Bball Game?
The Knights (Justin and Joey's team) beat the Daze (Chris, Lance, and JC's team) 96-87. All the trash talking between the two teams started up at the warm up of the game and still didnt end when the game was officially over. The Daze who trailed the Knights throughout most of the game even had Kobe Bryant jump in during the last half. That was still no match for Justin who impressively jumped all over Kobe and scored while making "in your face" looks at the opposing team. One of the highlights of the game was when Joey was charged with a techincal foul for hanging on the rim. Lance did a great job playing defense and demonstrated his bball skills at the free throw line. JC played like a pro in assisting his team with many rebounds and scoring well at the free throw line as well. At the end of the game, Chris, of the defeated Daze, claimed that his team had really won because he held the real winners trophy. All in all the game was great charity success and loads of fun.
At the half, 95 South, Shanice, and various artist put on an unbelivable show that rocked the house.
